This was really good; I used 3.6 g in 300 ML water at ~200 F for 4 minutes as a first try, and it turned out good. The directions suggest a slightly lower temp, so I will try that tomorrow.
Very smooth, nice mouthfeel, no real taste of tannins.
The shipment came much quicker than I expected, much much quicker than my first order, so that was nice too.
