The Ceylon Tea Store

Ceylon Tea, one of the world's most popular beverages from the country of Sri Lanka. Tea products sold on our store are produced with hand picked fresh green tea leaves off tea gardens of the misty hill country of Sri Lanka. We source our products from a Single-origin as unblended teas, so that we can consistently guarantee the quality to our tea tasters. We sell Premium Quality Loose leaf teas that are properly graded to industry standards in strict hygienic conditions. Our products are made of fresh teas from recent flushes, not teas that have been on shelves or warehouses for years. Our orders are packed only once the order has been confirmed and after that dispatched directly from Sri Lanka. [our-story]

In 2005, Time Magazine’s included white tea among its recommended New Year’s resolutions. It highlighted its health benefits and potential to reduce chronic diseases because it is rich in antioxidants. It also extolled its delicate, less astringent profile. Over the years, I have become increasingly concerned about the possibility of contaminants, including pesticides and heavy metals, in teas produced in major Camellia sinensis growing countries. As a result, I recently decided to purchase organic tea and discovered Ceylon Tea. I was also pleasantly surprised and impressed with the rich, smooth flavor. After twenty years, my white tea recommendation is Golden Tips.
