As we source our products directly from the manufacturer without any middle-men, we can ensure that our products are produced and packed in strict hygienic conditions while complying to proper modern industry Food safety management standards. Also when we pack the tea, we make sure the teas are of highest quality with an inspection by our team. Most of our products are packed only once the order has been confirmed, so that we can supply you fresh products unlike the ones that have been sitting on warehouses/shelves for a long periods of time.
We use resealable Food-grade packaging material, which can be used to keep the package air tight even after using the tea. For shipping we use Padded envelopes with bubble wrap or Cardboard boxes to avoid damage or any contamination while on post. We use a standard shipping method which is Free of charge and a paid express shipping method, for both methods we provide tracking information. On some occasions, we upgrade Free shipping orders to Express shipping depending on the order value. We ship to most countries but we do not offer shipping to some countries due to higher shipping costs or due to strict customs procedures.
