Ceylon Black Tea has variety of grades. Generally the grades are categorized as Whole leaf, Broken leaf, Fannings and Dust type grades. Listed below are some of the popular grades in Loose leaf form. Most of these teas could be served plainly without adding anything. But if you feel like the cup is too bitter, some milk would make it mellow. Also sugar or honey could be used as sweeteners. Also Ceylon Black teas can be prepared as Iced tea, with tiny bit of lemon would make it taste smoother.
